Terms & Conditions
Luxury Mobility Concierge, LLC
Last Updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern reservations, purchases, website use, and services provided by Luxury Mobility Concierge, LLC (“Luxury Mobility Concierge,” “LMC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By submitting a reservation request, making a payment, using our website, or participating in an LMC experience, you agree to these Terms and any applicable policies referenced below.
1. About Luxury Mobility Concierge
Luxury Mobility Concierge provides non-medical mobility assistance and hospitality support designed to help guests enjoy travel destinations with greater comfort, confidence, dignity, and independence.
LMC does not provide medical care, nursing services, therapy, medication administration, toileting or personal-care services, emergency medical services, significant lifting, or full-body transfers.
Our services are not a substitute for medical, nursing, home-health, personal-care, or emergency services.
2. Eligibility and Service Fit
LMC reserves the right to review each reservation request to determine whether the requested experience falls within our current service scope.
Guests may be asked to complete a Guest Experience Request, eligibility/support assessment, or provide additional information before a reservation is accepted.
LMC may decline, modify, pause, or discontinue service if:
the guest’s needs fall outside LMC’s non-medical service scope;
the requested level of physical assistance exceeds what LMC personnel are trained or authorized to provide;
conditions create an unreasonable safety risk;
material information affecting safe service delivery was not disclosed before the experience; or
the guest, companion, or another participant engages in unsafe, abusive, threatening, or disruptive conduct.
When appropriate, LMC may request clarification before making a final service decision.
3. Reservation Requests
Submission of an online form or reservation request does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed reservation.
A reservation is confirmed only after:
LMC reviews and approves the request; and
the required reservation deposit or full payment has been received.
Availability may depend on staffing, equipment, weather, property access, destination logistics, and other operational considerations.
4. Reservation Deposits
Unless otherwise stated in writing, reservation deposits are non-refundable.
The deposit is applied toward the total price of the experience and may be used to secure or support:
staffing;
scheduling;
equipment coordination;
guest-specific planning;
property coordination;
equipment preparation, inspection, or staging; and
administrative and operational preparation.
Payment of a deposit does not waive any guest eligibility, safety, or participation requirements.
5. Remaining Balance
Unless LMC provides different written terms, the remaining balance is due 72 hours before the scheduled experience.
Reservations made within 72 hours of the scheduled experience may require full payment at the time the reservation is accepted.
Failure to pay the remaining balance when due may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.
6. Rescheduling Policy
More Than 72 Hours Before the Experience
One complimentary reschedule may be permitted, subject to availability. The non-refundable deposit will transfer to the approved new date.
24–72 Hours Before the Experience
Rescheduling may be allowed once, but a rescheduling fee and/or any non-recoverable costs already incurred by LMC may apply.
Less Than 24 Hours Before the Experience
No complimentary reschedule is guaranteed. Payments are generally non-refundable, and a new reservation may be required.
Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for a reschedule or refund.
All rescheduling remains subject to staffing, equipment, destination, property, and operational availability.
7. Guest-Initiated Cancellations
Because significant preparation may occur before the guest arrives, the reservation deposit remains non-refundable in guest-initiated cancellations.
Any refund or credit of amounts paid above the deposit will be determined in accordance with LMC’s current Weather & Cancellation Policy and the timing of the cancellation.
Non-recoverable third-party costs may also be deducted where such costs were disclosed or reasonably incurred in connection with the guest’s reservation.
8. Weather, Safety, and LMC-Initiated Changes
Guest safety and staff safety take priority over completing an experience as originally planned.
LMC may delay, modify, relocate, reschedule, or cancel an experience because of:
severe weather;
dangerous heat;
lightning;
high winds;
hazardous surf or beach conditions;
unsafe terrain;
public-safety conditions;
property restrictions;
equipment issues;
staffing emergencies; or
other conditions that LMC reasonably determines may affect safe service delivery.
When appropriate, LMC may offer an alternative experience, including The Resort Retreat or The Coastal Reset, subject to availability and suitability.
If LMC cancels an experience for safety or operational reasons and an acceptable alternative or reschedule is not available or accepted, the guest may receive a full refund, including the reservation deposit, unless otherwise required because of disclosed third-party non-refundable costs.
LMC retains final authority regarding whether conditions are appropriate for service.
9. Late Arrivals
Guests should arrive or be ready at the agreed meeting time.
Late arrival may reduce the length of the experience because staffing, property access, equipment reservations, and subsequent bookings may be time-sensitive.
LMC is not required to extend an experience because of guest lateness.
Significant lateness may be treated as a same-day cancellation or no-show when the experience can no longer reasonably be provided.
10. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for:
providing accurate and complete information relevant to service planning;
notifying LMC of material changes in mobility, support needs, or participation ability before the experience;
following reasonable safety instructions from LMC personnel;
using mobility equipment in accordance with instructions;
wearing appropriate clothing and footwear;
bringing prescribed medications and medically necessary personal supplies for their own use;
ensuring that personal items are appropriately secured; and
treating LMC personnel, partners, other guests, and property staff respectfully.
Guests should not participate in an experience if they believe doing so would be unsafe for them.
11. Companions and Additional Guests
The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that companions and other participants understand and comply with applicable LMC instructions, property rules, and safety expectations.
Companions are not automatically considered caregivers, and LMC does not assume responsibility for care that falls outside its stated service scope.
12. Mobility Equipment
LMC may provide, coordinate, or assist with mobility equipment depending on the experience and availability.
Guests must follow all equipment-use instructions.
Guests may be held financially responsible for intentional damage, misuse, reckless conduct, or negligent damage to LMC-owned or LMC-controlled equipment.
Guests are not responsible for ordinary wear and tear, normal mechanical failure, or damage caused by circumstances outside their reasonable control.
LMC may remove equipment from service if it is considered unsafe or unsuitable.
13. Personal Belongings
Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings unless LMC expressly agrees in writing to take custody of a specific item.
LMC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where caused by LMC’s failure to exercise reasonable care.
14. Transportation
LMC does not provide guest transportation at launch unless expressly stated in writing.
Where transportation is coordinated through an independent third-party provider, that provider operates independently and is responsible for its own vehicles, drivers, licensing, insurance, policies, and service delivery.
15. Hotels, Resorts, Vacation Rentals, and Partner Properties
Guests may provide the name of their hotel, resort, vacation rental, or other lodging property for planning purposes.
Permission for LMC to communicate with a property regarding the guest’s experience will be obtained separately where appropriate.
LMC will seek to share only information reasonably necessary for coordination.
Hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, property managers, attractions, restaurants, transportation companies, equipment providers, and other third parties are independently operated unless expressly stated otherwise.
LMC does not control and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, accessibility conditions, cancellations, delays, closures, or service quality of independent third parties.
16. Third-Party Services and Vendors
LMC may coordinate services, equipment, amenities, food, transportation, admissions, or other arrangements through third parties.
Third-party services may be subject to separate terms, cancellation policies, fees, and availability.
LMC will use reasonable care in coordination but does not guarantee the performance of independent third-party providers.
17. Food and Refreshments
LMC does not prepare, store, or cater food unless expressly stated otherwise and legally permitted.
Refreshments may be provided by a partner resort, restaurant, caterer, or other approved licensed food-service provider.
Guests are responsible for communicating relevant dietary preferences or allergies directly where appropriate.
18. Medical Emergencies
LMC personnel do not provide emergency medical treatment.
In an emergency or suspected emergency, LMC may contact 911 or another appropriate emergency service.
Guests are responsible for the costs of emergency transportation, medical care, or related services provided by third parties.
19. Assumption of Ordinary Activity Risks
Participation in travel, outdoor recreation, shoreline environments, walking, mobility-equipment use, and destination activities may involve ordinary risks, including uneven surfaces, weather, heat, crowds, sand, water, slips, trips, falls, fatigue, and other environmental conditions.
Guests are expected to use reasonable judgment and follow safety instructions.
Any separate waiver or release presented in connection with an experience may contain additional terms and must be reviewed independently.
20. Photo and Media Consent
Photo, video, testimonial, or media consent is not automatically granted by accepting these Terms.
Where LMC wishes to use a guest’s image, likeness, testimonial, or other identifiable media for marketing or promotional purposes, separate consent may be requested.
Participation in marketing is optional unless otherwise expressly agreed.
21. Privacy
LMC handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of these Terms does not automatically authorize LMC to disclose mobility or support information to a hotel, resort, or other third party beyond what is permitted by applicable law or separately authorized by the guest.
Guests should review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.
22. Payments and Payment Processors
Payments may be processed through independent third-party platforms such as Stripe.
Payment processors may collect and process financial information under their own terms and privacy practices.
LMC generally does not receive or retain complete payment-card information.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring that authorized payment methods are used.
23. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Guests who believe a charge is incorrect are encouraged to contact LMC promptly so the matter can be reviewed.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically invalidate these Terms, LMC’s cancellation policies, or amounts legitimately owed for services, preparation, or non-refundable commitments.
LMC reserves the right to provide relevant reservation, communication, policy, and transaction records to payment processors or financial institutions in connection with a payment dispute.
24. Website Use
The LMC website is provided for informational, reservation, communication, and business purposes.
Users may not:
misuse the website;
attempt unauthorized access;
interfere with website operation;
submit false or fraudulent information;
use website content for unlawful purposes; or
reproduce protected LMC content without authorization.
25. Intellectual Property
The Luxury Mobility Concierge name, logos, branding, written materials, training content, service names, program names, website content, graphics, and other original materials may be protected by trademark, copyright, or other intellectual-property rights.
Nothing on the website grants permission to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use LMC intellectual property without written authorization.
26. Service Descriptions and Website Information
LMC makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.
However, services, pricing, availability, descriptions, policies, equipment, destinations, and features may change.
In the event of a material difference between general website information and specific written reservation terms provided to a guest, the specific reservation terms will control for that reservation.
27. Limitation of Responsibility for Events Outside LMC’s Control
LMC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, governmental restrictions, public emergencies, utility failures, transportation disruptions, property closures, labor disruptions, acts of third parties, or similar events.
LMC will make reasonable efforts to communicate and provide appropriate alternatives where feasible.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LMC’s liability for claims arising from a paid experience will not exceed the amount paid to LMC for the specific experience giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
This section should be reviewed by LMC’s Florida attorney before final publication.
29. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, users agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from their own unlawful conduct, intentional misconduct, misuse of LMC equipment, material misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
This section should also be reviewed by LMC’s Florida attorney before final publication.
30. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any required venue, arbitration, mediation, or dispute-resolution provisions should be established in consultation with LMC’s legal counsel before they are made binding.
31. Minimum Age for Reservations
The person making a reservation or entering into a payment obligation with LMC must be at least 18 years old.
A parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult must make arrangements on behalf of a minor where applicable.
32. Incorporated Policies
The following LMC policies may apply in addition to these Terms and are incorporated by reference where relevant:
Privacy Policy
Weather & Cancellation Policy
Accessibility Statement
Guest waiver or release, where applicable
Reservation-specific terms
Any written third-party terms disclosed before purchase
If a specific written reservation agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific written terms will control for that reservation unless prohibited by law.
33. Changes to These Terms
LMC may update these Terms from time to time as services, laws, policies, operations, or business practices change.
The Last Updated date at the top of this page will indicate the most recent revision.
Changes generally apply prospectively unless applicable law or a specific agreement requires otherwise.
